Make sure you've completed the fitness quiz in your profile and selected the correct number of days per week. Your plan updates automatically based on your settings.

Go to your Profile page and scroll to the Fitness Goals section. You can update your goal, fitness level, days per week, and equipment at any time.
Absolutely. FitNest has beginner, intermediate, and advanced plans. The beginner plan starts with 3 workouts per week using no equipment — just bodyweight.
